New class - Mum and Baby Yoga

I am delighted to be teaching a new Mum and Baby Yoga course every Tuesday afternoon 1.30-2.30 pm at Milnathort VIllage Hall. Enjoy time and space for you to move, stretch, breathe and rest with your baby.

Mum and Baby Yoga is a great class to relax and unwind from your week while spending time with your little one and also a lovely way to meet other mums and their babies.
